Microsoft Windows (XP, Vista, 7)
Smart and well mannered
Enthusiastic
Flexible
A full driving license

Desirable skills but not essential:
Active Directory
Web technologies (html, asp, ASP.Net)
Microsoft SQL Server, Exchange & IIS
VB, VB.Net, Java, C++
TCPIP / Networking
Knowledge of desktop, server & printer hardware
